We all love the look of being shredded, but dieting for months on end while hitting the treadmill is a process and sometimes you want to look shredded for an event or the summer season and want some results instantly.
There are ways to look leaner and meaner than you currently do, if you follow these tips!
1) Tan!
It’s no secret that tanning gives your muscles more definition. It’s a big reason why professional bodybuilders tan up like crazy before doing a show. BUT you don’t want to get super tanned in the middle of winter. Using a nice self-tanner gives you control over how much color you add and can give you a big edge when it comes to looking shredded.
2) Shave!
Another thing professional bodybuilders do before hitting the stage is shaving all of their body hair. Now some dudes aren’t comfortable doing this, so you can just trim your body hair and it will give you a very similar effect. Using a quality electric shaver makes this super easy.
3) Water!
This might be a surprising fact but if you want to lose water retention and look leaner, drink more water! Doing this helps flush out the water in your system regularly instead of retaining it.
4) Reduce Sodium!
This doesn’t mean remove sodium completely from your diet, you need it to live. But reducing your sodium if you eat too much of it will help reduce the amount of water retention in your system and help you look shredded.
